A Poor bathroom maintenance, no breakfast options, limited privacy

Incredible views, incredibly comfortable setting.

Spotlessly clean property with attentive and useful staff on reception desk. Location not far from also easy to reach from the airport, Main Street Vitosha bars and restaurants and trams, metro, parks, main pedestrian street, and all attractions. Also, close to main sights of Sofia.

My stay at the Diter Hotel was wonderfull,very friendly staff,great location,quiet zone in the middle of the city.Convenient for business and leisure.Restaurant with great cuisine and atmosphere.I Would recommend this hotel to everybody travelling to Sofia.The rooms are equipped with all convenience and great showers.

What they got right and wrong

The location is fantastic, situated centrally with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly, and I appreciated the immediate assistance provided with my car park issue.

Noise from outside was a major distraction, and the bathrooms noticeably needed maintenance, which affected my overall comfort .

Hotel is located really in the centre so you can reach all top historical sights within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is above a lovely cafe and restaurant which were great value and served great food and coffees. The car transport service is a good deal if you have three or more people. It was also a reasonable rate considering the location and the size and quality of the room. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to others.

The bathroom had everything a traveler would need.They even have toothbrushes with toothpaste ....that is excellent!

I think that it was a little over priced. Not too much but the pricee should be a bit lower.

this cozy hotel, set in a historic villa, is just a short stroll away from beautiful parks like borisova gradina and is perfectly positioned for visiting landmarks such as the national palace of culture and city garden, making every discovery accessible.

The restaurant compares not too favorable to the fantastic restaurant just next door, ...

Several maintenance issues plagued the experience. Missing curtains on the windows made privacy difficult, and damaged door locks raised security concerns. The shower door wouldn't close, and the double glazing didn't effectively block external noise. The presence of sticky marks on the furniture indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. Stained spare pillows added to the discomfort, as did the ineffectiveness of the cleaning staff, who only changed towels without addressing the reported cleanliness issues.

The staff was very friendly, we were welcomed with open arms. They speak English very well, and were available 24 on 24. Very good restaurant. Very close to the town centre (5 min walk from Boulevard Vitosja). If we go back to Sofia, we certainly stay here again...
